Further Modifying the Reciprocal Tariff Rates

President Trump signed a Reciprocal Tariff order Thursday night 7/31/2025 imposing new tariffs.

The start date has been pushed back seven days, allowing US Customs time to update the new tariff schedule.

MEXICO: President Trump agreed to a 90-day continuation on the Mexico Tariff Holding at the 25% tariff rate. (Potential increase after 90 days to 35% is not official.)

CHINA: 10% Reciprocal Tariff is currently scheduled to expire 8/12/2025.

CANADA: Non-exempt Canadian goods imported to the United States will face a 35% as of Friday at 12:01 am ET 8/1/2025 – up from a 25% tariff previously.

EU: As of 08/01/2025, The EU is awaiting a written agreement on its 15% tariff deal.

Note: Cargo identified as transshipped in order to evade applicable tariffs from manufacturing country will face Tariffs with high penalty duties.
